A step-by-step overview of planning and realizing your dream hunt in Namibia
1) The ice breaker

The first step is to complete the form at the bottom of this page and provide us with some details around your dream hunting trip to Namibia. Kindly provide as many as possible details.

2) The planning starts

We look into availability for your requested period and will get in touch with you to discuss some details around your trip.

3) Costing

We provide you with a rough cost estimate for your hunting trip. The final amount though will depend on what nature holds in store for your hunting trip.

4) Flights

Once everything is finalized you can book your flight tickets to Namibia.

5) Hunting permits

When your arrival and departure dates are finalized we will require your personal details (residential address, contact number and email) as well as a copy of your passport to apply for a hunting permit with the Ministry of Environment, Tourism and Forestry which regulates hunting in Namibia.

6) Namibia Entry Visa

Depending on where you are from you may require a tourist visa for Namibia. Our team can assist you in the visa application process. The visa on arrival application can be done online and only takes around 10 minutes per person.

7) Arrive in the Land Of The Brave

When you arrive in Namibia we will collect you from the Hosea Kutako International Airport and bring you to the lodge which is approximately a 4 hour drive from the airport.

8) Happy hunting!

After a good nights rest, we take you out to our shooting range in nature to test your rifle & rounds. Now the hunting adventure can finally begin!

9) Taxidermy Services

The preparation of your trophies can be done at a taxidermist of your choice. Erongo Taxidermy is only 15-minutes away which offers full service wildlife taxidermy. Optionally, they can also dip 'n pack your trophies and then them to your home country for your preferred taxidermist to prepare the trophies for you.

10) Your stay with us

We offer a variety of activities at the lodge in addition to day trips to the Etosha National Park which is home to animals like elephant, rhino, lion, leopard, cheetah and much more.

11) Saying goodbye

When your hunting adventure is over we will escort you back to the airport on your departure date. Goodbyes are always sad, even when they are filled with ever lasting memories.
